Facebook has over 1 billion users every day now, and while the average time per user is “only” 20 minutes, many people spend hours and hours per day on the site. If you’ve ever binged on Facebook, you know that feeling of getting sucked in, and how something which started energizing and fun can become very draining. Your eyes may start hurting, your face and shoulders tense up.
